MICOL USA was founded on a simple belief:

The Wingman™ School Spirit Program was created to bring students, families, schools, booster clubs, and local businesses together in a way that benefits everyone.
A Lifetime Connected to School Athletics
For our family, school activities have always been about more than competition.
They've been about teamwork, friendships, leadership, and community.
From football fields and wrestling mats to cheerleading, swimming, and countless school events, we've experienced firsthand the positive impact that athletics and extracurricular activities have on students and their families.
Those experiences inspired us to create something that would strengthen those connections for future generations.

Every Friday night, families gather to support their schools.
Students create memories that last a lifetime.
Local businesses look for meaningful ways to give back to their communities.
We saw an opportunity to connect all three.
Wingman™ is more than a product.
It is the centerpiece of a program that celebrates school pride, recognizes community partners, supports fundraising, and builds stronger school communities—one game at a time.
